Preparation of indicator reports and maintenance of spreadsheets **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Qualifications:** * Technical course in Electrical Engineering / Electrotechnology / Electromechanics / Quality required; * Active registration with CFT required; * Intermediate Excel knowledge preferred; * Knowledge of electrical materials and ability to use tools for evaluation, measurement, and material precision — advantageous; * Report creation experience preferred; * ERP system knowledge. **Description:** * Monitor and inspect material receipt from suppliers and partners, verifying compliance with technical specifications and applicable standards; * Monitor the process of organizing and storing materials within the Distribution Center area, ensuring adherence to supplier-recommended standards; * Conduct and monitor the return process of materials from partners, including segregation and inspection to identify physical condition (good, damaged, scrap), aiming for reuse while complying with supplier and customer technical standards; * Conduct and monitor transportation and segregation of all materials and equipment located in the Distribution Center areas using necessary tools; * Prepare indicator reports and maintain spreadsheets, among other duties.
