* Comply with and ensure compliance with the instructions of the nutritionist and/or Nutrition and Dietetics technician; * Assist cooks in activities within their respective sector, observing pre\-defined responsibilities; * Sanitize food to ensure food safety and disseminate current sanitary techniques; * Perform cleaning of all materials under one's responsibility, as well as equipment in one's work area; * Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the work area; * Safeguard materials, equipment, utensils, and facilities; * Carry out activities using occupational health and safety norms and procedures; * And other related activities.
