Job Summary: Delphi Developer for creation, maintenance, and enhancement of systems, seeking a curious, dynamic, and proactive profile to work in a continuously learning environment. Environment with high-performance machines and up-to-date Delphi. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** – Development of systems and applications built in Delphi, including graphical interface design, database structure setup, and program coding; – Maintenance and improvements to existing systems; **REQUIREMENTS:** – Interest in learning/evolving in new development and code validation methodologies; – Technical knowledge required in: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL; – Desirable: Knowledge of object-oriented programming and layered architecture, familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Ability to optimize and refactor code; – Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; The ideal candidate is a curious, dynamic, and dedicated developer.
