Job Summary: A professional to provide customer service and guidance, perform technical tasks, prepare reports, and participate in educational projects. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge Education products and services; differentiation among vocational education modalities. Responsibilities Provide service and guidance to internal and external customers and suppliers. Perform technical support activities such as: classification, verification, analysis, research, document registration, calculations, and statistical work, in accordance with organizational norms, procedures, policies, and guidelines. Prepare reports, correspondence, texts, and documents to support analysis and decision-making. Conduct data collection, organization, maintenance, handling, and archiving of information following established processes and routines. Participate in the development, implementation, control, and updating of area-specific processes. Participate, as a team member, in the development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of plans and projects within one’s area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Assist in preparing programs and delivering training related to one’s area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Manage inventory of materials within one’s area.
