Working as a **Senior Data Scientist**, focused on **Machine Learning and Generative AI**, participating in the development, evolution, and operation of data models and AI solutions, collaborating with technical teams and business areas. The candidate will work in a **hands-on** manner, contributing to new data and AI projects. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Develop, train, evaluate, and improve predictive and Machine Learning models; * Support the construction and evolution of AI solutions, including the use of **LLMs, RAG, and ML pipelines**; * Build and maintain **data pipelines** using **Python and SQL**; * Perform **statistical analyses, EDA, and hypothesis testing**, generating insights to support business decisions; * Collaborate on the creation of **data products and intelligent solutions**, alongside technical teams and business areas; * Work on the **implementation and continuous improvement of MLOps/LLMOps practices**, such as versioning, pipeline automation, basic monitoring, and documentation; * Document models, data, and workflows, following best practices for **data governance**; * Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in **AI and Machine Learning**, applying learnings in daily work. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Practical experience with **Machine Learning** and data analysis; * Experience with **Python and SQL** for data manipulation and analysis; * Experience with data pipelines and integration via **APIs**; * Familiarity with **Generative AI**, including concepts of **LLMs, RAG, and tokenization**; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **MLOps** (e.g., Git, Docker, MLflow, Airflow/Prefect or similar); * Experience or exposure to **cloud environments** (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Familiarity with **best practices for documentation and data governance**; * **Minimum of 3 years of experience** working with data, data science, or related fields. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Experience with **data modeling, ETL, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)**; * Experience with **Generative AI frameworks and tools**; * Knowledge of **agile methodologies** and **DevOps practices**; * Understanding of **LLMOps/MLOps**, including model monitoring, quality evaluation, and cost control; * Strong **communication skills** and ability to collaborate effectively across different areas. **Additional Information** **Language:** Intermediate English **Academic Background:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems**, or related fields; A postgraduate degree in **Machine Learning, AI, Data Engineering, or related areas** will be considered an advantage.
