Flexibility is one of our hallmarks—we operate across various team models and formats while maintaining a light, collaborative, and integrated culture that ensures equitable opportunities in a space where everyone feels safe and heard. **What you’ll do:** * End-to-end development, validation, and maintenance of supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models. * Building Data Science solutions integrated into digital products, exposing models via APIs or batch/stream pipelines. * Working on Generative AI projects—including use case design, POC prototyping, and integration of LLMs into business workflows. * Data preparation: collection, cleaning, transformation, feature engineering, and documentation. * Selection of appropriate algorithms and metrics for each problem type (classification, regression, time series, clustering, etc.). * Interpretation of results and communication of technical and business recommendations. * Collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into modeling problems. * Monitoring models in production and proposing continuous improvements to ensure robustness and stability. **What we’re looking for:** * Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer working on end-to-end projects. * Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and modeling (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc.). * Practical experience developing Machine Learning models (regression, classification, decision trees, ensembles, clustering, and simple neural networks), including understanding their advantages, limitations, and trade-offs. * Experience in data preparation and engineering (handling missing values, normalization, encoding, feature selection, etc.). * Experience with relational databases and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including data and/or machine learning services (storage, job orchestration, managed notebooks, inference services). * Basic knowledge and experience with Generative AI (using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, participation in POCs/pilots). * Experience with code versioning (Git) and software development best practices (environments, basic testing, reproducibility). * Ability to translate technical results into clear and objective business insights. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Advanced experience with Generative AI, including RAG, frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, and building agents or orchestrated workflows using LLMs. * Experience in MLOps, covering model deployment, monitoring, and observability in production. * Knowledge of Deep Learning architectures (RNNs, CNNs, transformers) and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. * Experience with modern data environments—such as cloud-based data lakes and data warehouses—and pipeline orchestration tools. * Experience handling high-volume data (big data) and complex enterprise environments, including multi-squad and multicloud setups. **Where you’ll work:** * This is a fully remote position. **Employment modalities:** * CLT; * Cooperative; **What we offer:** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** We use the EVA multi-benefit card—a credit-based card—to provide flexibility for your daily purchases.* **Unimed Health Plan:** No co-payment or waiting period for the primary holder.
