Description: Act as a technical authority in data engineering, governance, and AI, leading innovation initiatives, ensuring best practices in data governance, and driving TOTVS’s data strategy. Serve as a technical reference for the team and other stakeholders within the company. Responsibilities and Assignments * Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable data architectures. * Lead the implementation of advanced data governance policies and practices. * Continuously monitor and improve the performance of data collection, storage, and processing systems. * Propose and implement innovations in data pipelines and automation. * Design, develop, train, and manage Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents capable of performing autonomous tasks, interacting with corporate systems, and enhancing business processes. * Act as a technical consultant for data and AI projects. * Promote adoption of best practices in data security, quality, and privacy. * Create scalable system architectures. * Develop advanced integrations with Cloud providers. * Perform complex data analyses and deliver strategic insights. * Ensure data governance across the entire organization. * Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and architects to solve complex challenges. * Provide technical support and training to internal teams. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). * Advanced experience with Python. * Knowledge of developing and integrating AI applications and intelligent agents, including use of LLMs, creation of automation workflows, and integration with APIs and external services using MCP or other technologies. * Experience with ETL tools and data analytics platforms. * Advanced knowledge of data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques. * Experience with programming languages such as Python. * Experience with FastAPI for APIs and Pydantic for validation. * Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Excellent numerical and analytical skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. 2512180202551872723
