




Job Summary: Lead the monthly closing process, coordinate financial interfaces, review trial balances, structure managerial financial statements, and serve as the primary contact for audit activities. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of monthly closing and financial interfaces. 2. Coordination of audits and external service providers in the finance area. 3. Structuring of managerial Income Statements (DRE), Balance Sheets (BP), and Cash Flow Statements (DFC). Controller Coordinator \- Lead the monthly closing process together with the accounting office. • Act as a direct interface with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments, ensuring the quality of financial information used in closing and managerial analysis. • Review trial balances and ensure data accuracy. • Structure managerial Income Statements (DRE) (focus on contribution margin and operating result), Balance Sheets (BP), and Cash Flow Statements (DFC) (cash basis). * Consolidate financial statements across group companies (equity method, dividends). • Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors. • Act as the main interface between the company and external service providers in the finance area—especially accounting and auditing firms—overseeing deliverables, validating information, and ensuring data quality used in financial statements. Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences is required. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controller, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is desirable. • A Master's degree is a plus. • Strong accounting foundation (proficiency in closing processes and financial statements). • Experience in controller or audit roles, including participation in accounting closing processes and preparation of financial statements. * Experience in coordinating or supporting accounting closing and controller processes.
