Job Summary: This position involves assisting drivers with vehicle loading and maneuvering, ensuring cargo safety and organizing tie-down straps. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential support in vehicle loading and organization 2. Responsibility for the safety and maintenance of tie-down straps 3. Assistance in inspecting and documenting damages * \-Assist drivers in loading vehicles onto the trailer according to the pre-established delivery route and positioned on the loading ramp; * \-Assist drivers with vehicle maneuvers in the yard and with identifying potential damages; * \-Distribute and organize vehicle tie-down straps, ensuring correct placement; * \-Continuously monitor the condition and maintenance of tie-down straps; * Inspect the safety conditions of vehicles loaded onto the trailer after the driver completes cargo loading; * \-Support drivers in documenting damage reports during cargo inspection in the yard; * \-Prepare ramps and platforms for vehicle loading. **NOTE: Must hold a Class B driver's license** **Availability to work on Saturdays** Benefits: On-site cafeteria Medical assistance Transportation allowance Salary: Starting: R$2\.100,00; after 3 months of contract: R$2\.433,00 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift Job Location: Porto Alegre/Anchieta Job Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
