Job Responsibilities: Maintaining fleet schedules and attending to drivers; Analyzing schedules to optimize driver team productivity; Interacting with the driver team to address schedule adjustments, communicating changes, and ensuring optimal communication practices; Performing various controls and records related to driver activities, such as periodic medical exams, breathalyzer tests, completed trainings, and Monitrip delivery, etc.; Controlling and forwarding invoices (NFs) for driver accommodation reimbursement/payment; Performing administrative tasks to support operations (e.g., time clock control and maintenance, vacation receipt signing, traffic violation tracking, driver incentive program management, mailbag control and distribution, accident/incident reporting in the system); Assisting in recording, controlling, and processing departmental expenses for payment.
