Job Summary: The Operational Assistant at Macromaq performs essential logistical support activities, vehicle control, yard maintenance, and organization, contributing to operational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities as an Operational Assistant at Macromaq will include: Performing truck weighing during loading and unloading processes at the facility; loading and unloading company trucks; administrative tasks related to vehicle entry and exit control, reporting information to managers. Yard cleaning and sweeping, tree pruning, painting tasks, work at height using fall protection equipment (FPE), confined space work associated with cleaning, vehicle inspections prior to loading, and cleaning cereal residues from trucks after loading. Organizing the PAF office, receiving drivers at the PAF, and reporting pest sightings (e.g., grain weevils) in barley samples taken from trucks. * Performing related duties as requested by supervisors * Ensuring proper care and preservation of company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities) * Strictly complying with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications * Correctly wearing company-provided uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) * Committing to operationally defined goals jointly established with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program * Demonstrating personal and professional conduct appropriate to the role This is a fully on-site opportunity located in the Centro neighborhood of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. NR-35 certification (Work at Height) is desirable.
