Resolution of delivery failures with customers **OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Responsibilities according to the position. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Manifest vehicles for pickups and deliveries; * Record occurrences for reverse pickups; * Monitor WhatsApp and provide support to drivers when necessary; * Finalize deliveries, pickups, and their respective manifests, as well as manifests for re-dispatches; * Verify delivery confirmation documents; * Enter into the system (contract) the amounts payable to drivers; * Update the closing spreadsheet; * Contact customers who experienced delivery failures and attempt resolution to enable next-day delivery; * Forward unresolved failures to Customer Service (via WhatsApp/email) and log them in the system (service history); * Forward reverse pickup documents to the shipping department. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:48 PM\. **Benefits:** Salary of R$ 1\.800,00\.
