Cost analysis and implementation of technologies for efficiency Description: * Bachelor's degree required; * Experience in warehouse and transportation operations required; * Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) required; * Knowledge of people leadership required. * Lead and supervise the team of drivers and logistics support staff; * Develop and manage work schedules for drivers and assistants; * Plan and optimize transportation routes, considering deadlines, vehicle capacity, and traffic conditions; * Supervise transportation logistics, including contracting and freight rate quotation from third-party companies; * Implement and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate transportation efficiency; * Regularly analyze vehicle conditions and schedule maintenance as needed; * Ensure compliance with road transportation safety regulations; * Inspect and maintain up-to-date all documentation related to vehicles and staff (drivers and assistants); * Ensure compliance with local and national transportation regulations; * Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation service providers; * Monitor cargo loading and unloading, ensuring product integrity when necessary; * Analyze and optimize logistics costs; * Implement new technologies and systems to improve transportation efficiency. 251127020240914546
