Our environment is collaborative, with challenges and learning opportunities that drive individual and group growth. **JOIN US AS A SOLUTION-ORIENTED CONNECTION** **We will count on you to:** * Ensure implementation of VM guidelines across stores (display, experience, and visual communication); * Organize store windows, mannequins, displays, and overall store ambiance; * Promote strategic product exposure to boost sales; * Guide and support the team regarding marketing campaigns and commercial strategies; * Monitor visual standards and weekly store updates; * Track sales performance and prepare reports; * Conduct store visits according to schedule; * Support setups, new projects, and display testing. **Requirements:** * Availability to visit group stores; * Availability for travel; * Work location in the Serra Region, preferably residing in Caxias do Sul or nearby areas; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Alignment with Lebes Group’s culture and values. **You will stand out if you have:** * Driver’s license category B; * Personal vehicle. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualifications: * Marketing, Higher Education * Business Administration, Higher Education Driver’s License: B Personal vehicle Availability for travel * Store discounts * Dental plan * Health insurance
