Description

Job Summary: IT technical and operational support professional to work both on-site and remotely, covering the full lifecycle of PCs, hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support for hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructure 2. Implementation of operational technology (OT) in industrial environments 3. Focus on change management, documentation, and continuous improvement Provision of IT technical and operational support services, including on-site and remote assistance, as directed daily by the client. The scope includes: * PC lifecycle support, including installation, configuration, maintenance, replacement, relocation, data migration, and end-user support; * Support for hardware, software, operating systems, and corporate, industrial, and engineering applications; * Software installation, updates, removal, patch application, and virus remediation; * Physical and operational support for networks, servers, and IT infrastructure; * Assistance in administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networks and servers; * Support for operational technology (OT) used in industrial environments, including thin clients, legacy systems, barcode scanners, and industrial printers; * Administration and support for NAS devices and network storage; * Assistance in preparation, contingency planning, and disaster recovery; * Support for telephony and connectivity; * Execution of change management, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement activities for the IT environment; * Assistance in security, backup, recovery, and operational procedures. Services will be delivered primarily during business hours, with after-hours support available upon prior approval and subject to additional charges. The scope may be updated via a Change Request and does not include provision of spare parts or equipment unless specifically stipulated in the contract. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
