Job Summary: Assist in the operation of machines and equipment, ensuring safety, production continuity, and product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of machines and equipment 2. Focus on product safety and quality 3. Assistance in quality control and product sorting * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 12:10 AM, with a 70-minute break. (For the first 6 months due to training; after 6 months of training, working hours remain Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 12:10 AM, with a 70-minute break.) Adhere to operational limits and standards for optimal equipment performance; observe critical points, exercise caution during startup, shutdown, maintenance, and cleaning. Assist the roller operator in quality control and in correctly sorting and packaging nails according to size. Requirements and Qualifications Experience and qualifications: Desirable: ability to learn quickly, experience operating machines and equipment, visual and dimensional quality control, ability to read and interpret production orders.
