Job Responsibilities: Take measurements, interpret patterns, cut fabrics, operate sewing machines, and perform finishing tasks such as hems and zippers. Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in this role ✔ Proficiency with sewing machines: straight stitch, overlock, bias binding, bartacking, and topstitching machines ✔ Experience working with woven fabrics ✔ Knowledge and skill in handling various types of fabrics ✔ Achievement of production targets according to company technical procedures ✔ Ensuring product quality and finishing in accordance with established standards ✔ Attention to visual inspection of products ✔ Teamwork ✔ Proactivity and agility ✔ Contribution to workplace organization and cleanliness We offer: Transportation allowance Attendance bonus of R$ 300.00 Salary: R$ 2.362,80 Safe and collaborative work environment Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Payment: R$2.362,80 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
