




Job Summary: Manage the cleaning team, ensure hygiene standards, control materials, guarantee safety, and prepare performance reports. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and training of cleaning team 2. Monitoring of hygiene standards and PPE usage 3. Material management and report preparation Supervise staff, manage time cards, assign tasks, and train new employees on cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Conduct frequent rounds to inspect cleanliness of rooms, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring compliance with required standards. Monitor consumption of supplies, including detergents, paper products, and trash bags, and place purchase requests to prevent shortages. Ensure team members use personal protective equipment (gloves, boots, masks) and properly mark wet areas to prevent accidents. Prepare performance reports and serve as the point of contact for resolving customer or executive complaints or special requests.
