Job Summary: The Laboratory Assistant supports routine activities, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and availability of materials, thereby contributing to smooth operations and adherence to safety standards. Assists in the preparation of solutions and samples The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for supporting routine laboratory activities, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and availability of materials and equipment. Works collaboratively with the laboratory technician to support operational efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards. * Responsibilities: Clean, dry, and organize glassware and utensils used in the laboratory. * Assist the laboratory technician in preparing solutions, reagents, and materials for experiments and analyses. Also prepare samples, including grinding food samples. * Support the assembly and disassembly of equipment and workbenches. * Monitor inventory of commonly used materials and request replenishment as needed. * Maintain general organization and cleanliness of the workplace. * Strictly follow safety procedures and protocols for disposal of laboratory waste. * Record activities and maintain updated internal records per technical team instructions. * Qualifications: Completed high school education (technical course in Chemistry preferred). * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity. * Commitment to safety regulations and good laboratory practices. \#LI\-GA1
