Job Summary: This role supports business evolution through data analysis and process optimization for the People & Culture area, aiming at team growth and development. Key Highlights: 1. Check out this opportunity: **Key responsibilities include:** * Collecting, organizing, and performing statistical analysis on data relevant to people analytics; * Maintaining and analyzing dashboards to support decision-making and strategy definition; * Supporting the definition and monitoring of performance indicators for the People \& Culture team; * Assisting in improvements, mapping, optimization, and automation of processes and controls; * Contributing to initiatives focused on new projects. **✅ Essential qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields; * Analytical thinking; * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and general data analysis and visualization tools; **Additional information:** * Fully on-site work, 6 hours per day; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher and Transportation Assistance via Flash Card; * Gympass and Wellhub; * Life Insurance; * Birthday Day Off.
