Job Summary: A professional responsible for real estate process support and management—including maintenance, negotiations, and legal procedures—with emphasis on communication and organization. Management of handovers and legal procedures **HOW YOU’LL STAND OUT HERE:** * In-person, telephone, and email support. * Receipt and registration of notice periods. * Handling of maintenance or vacancy processes, including attempts at reversal and offering of services/benefits. * Handover management: keys, repairs, estimates, invoices, and payment slips. * Internal referrals: operations team, accounting, account manager, and inspection assistant. * Process follow-up until final key handover. * Mediation of negotiations among property owners, tenants, and guarantors. * Legal procedures: minutes, notary office, termination agreements (with or without pending matters). * Maintenance tracking, service execution, system reporting, and notification dispatch. * Requesting and following up on property owner authorizations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM **Salary:** Competitive with the role **Requirements:** * Experience in the real estate sector * Knowledge of Rental Maintenance will be a plus * **People with disabilities are welcome in all our opportunities.** Educational Requirements * Bachelor’s degree * Technologist degree * High school diploma Technical Skills * Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate * Organization – Advanced * Proactivity – Advanced * Teamwork – Advanced * Communication skills – Advanced * Negotiation ability – Advanced * Excel – Intermediate * Commitment and punctuality – Advanced Benefits * Meal allowance or food voucher (R$ 30.00 per day) * Gympass * Apoio Pass * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance (VT) * Pharmacy discount program * Birthday Day Off
