Packaging, storage, and sanitation routines. **Job Description** * Prepare products through pre-preparation and preparation steps according to recipes and technical specifications. * Perform sanitation of foods and raw materials used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your assigned work area. * Carry out packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Clean equipment used in the production process. **Work Schedule** * Monday through Saturday, plus Sundays on a rotating shift basis. **Prerequisites** * Must be at least 18 years of age. • Prior experience in food handling is desirable.
