Responsibilities: * Support the detection of non-conformities, record incidents, and follow up on corrective actions. * Organize quality data and controls in spreadsheets related to tests, mix designs, and concrete placements; * Assist in the preparation and analysis of technical reports, KPIs, and managerial reports; * Support internal and external audits by organizing documents, records, and evidence; * Provide support in monitoring technological tests and quality control activities; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process mapping, and internal training; * Monitor concrete placements; * Visit suppliers; * Monitor laboratory tests and experiments. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering. * Basic knowledge of Excel.
