Responsibilities and duties Conduct technical delivery of new vehicles, clearly and safely explaining their operation, handling, and key features while addressing all customer questions. Process service order opening and closing as requested by the sales team. Organize and prepare vehicle manuals, warranty booklets, and related documentation for delivery. Perform final vehicle inspection after washing and prior to delivery, verifying all items against the manufacturer’s standard checklist. Verify complete vehicle preparation, ensuring that maintenance, requested accessories, cleaning, and finishing are all in perfect condition. Ensure deliveries occur within established deadlines and targets, maintaining the brand’s high quality standards.
