Take a look at the job details and submit your resume! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain queries across multiple data sources by applying business rules, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and data governance. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Internal Audit using advanced visualization techniques, data storytelling, and integration with analytical models. * Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to perform tests and identify relevant risks, applying anomaly detection algorithms, predictive modeling, and automation of tests and validations supported by AI. * Apply advanced data analysis techniques; participate in system analysis and modeling, understanding data flows, information architecture, and platform integration to ensure traceability and reliability of analyses. * Maintain a critical view of the business and its processes, with the ability to translate complex problems into data- and AI-driven solutions. * Support the creation and maintenance of departmental documentation and standards, including best practices for data modeling, versioning, reproducibility of analyses, and AI governance. * Support and disseminate knowledge about data and AI usage in Internal Audit, promoting a data\-driven culture and the use of emerging technologies for decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience:** * Proven experience developing queries and ETL routines from business requirements, as well as creating interactive dashboards and reports. * Application of data analysis techniques to identify outliers, generate insights, build predictive models, and use AI in auditing. * Experience automating data tests and validations using analytical frameworks and machine learning tools. * Preferred experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or Risk teams, leveraging data for compliance assessment and risk mitigation. **Technical Skills:** **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields. * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in data, data science, artificial intelligence, or related areas. **Knowledge of Data, Methods, and Tools:** * Tools for analytical environments (on-premises and cloud). * Programming logic and data structures. * Languages for data consumption and manipulation (SQL, Python, R, etc.). * Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Consumption of data from diverse sources and databases. * Application of statistical techniques, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and generative AI. * Automation of data tests and validations. * Interpretation and analysis of results with a focus on delivering business value. **Business-Applied Knowledge:** * Ability to interpret technical and business requirements in data and systems applications. * Ability to leverage data and AI to support strategic, business-focused decision-making using indicators, metrics, and analytical models. **Behavioral Skills:** * Leadership and Communication. * Proactivity. * Desire to learn. * Interpersonal relationship skills. **Desired Requirements/Skills:** * Intermediate English proficiency. * Other operational research techniques such as AHP, DEA, etc. * Certifications in data, AI, analytical tools, or analytical environments (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst, Google Data Analytics, AWS Machine Learning, etc). **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remote.
