We count on you to: * Conduct recruitment and selection at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, ensuring the best candidate experience throughout all stages of the selection process; * Identify optimal channel mapping and dissemination formats to attract the best and most diverse talents; * Maintain a keen eye for continuously identifying talents aligned with our culture #greenblood; * Conduct selection processes and manage onboarding for Corporate, Finance, Logistics Center, and Store employees; * Conduct selection processes for newly opened stores and support leadership teams; * Conduct on-site selection processes for new stores; * Manage candidate offers and admission documentation; * Maintain a keen focus on candidate and employee experience. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in R&S (Recruitment & Selection) processes; * Prior experience handling high-volume job openings; * Willingness to travel; * Availability to work onsite in Eldorado do Sul; You'll stand out if you have: * Previous experience in the Retail sector; * A dynamic profile suited for high-volume job openings.
