Job Summary: R&D Analyst responsible for innovating and enhancing products, with a focus on technical modeling, prototyping, CAD, and R&D management, interacting with production and commercial departments. R&D department management and cross-departmental coordination A textile industry is seeking an R&D Analyst in São Leopoldo. **Responsibilities:** Development of new products and improvements to existing products. Technical modeling and prototype creation. Preparation of technical drawings in CAD. Creation of product technical specifications. Development of sublimation artwork and files. Monitoring of product testing and validation. R&D department management (demand organization, scheduling, and team coordination). Interface with production, PCP, and commercial departments. Previous experience as an Innovation Analyst, Product Development Specialist, Market Researcher, or R&D Project Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
