Job Summary: Responsible for supervising tenant and shopping center construction works, managing the onboarding of new stores, controlling internal maintenance activities, and issuing daily reports. Control and monitoring of store maintenance and renovation activities * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for monitoring tenant and shopping center construction works; Maintain the map library organized and up to date; Serve as the liaison with tenants and contractors during construction periods, send and receive required documentation, prepare sketches and projects requested by the Commercial and Maintenance Departments; Support operations during maintenance supervisors’ absences and vacations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Inspect construction works; Manage onboarding of new stores; Act as facilitator and coordinate renovations of existing stores; Control access of construction teams; Inspect construction phases and approvals; Control installation of construction hoardings; Adjust construction notices displayed on hoardings; Control kiosk entry and exit; Monitor and control tenants’ internal maintenance activities, including painting, lamp replacement, plumbing repairs, and metalwork repairs; Issue daily construction and/or incident reports; Maintain and manage hoarding administration; Dark mall test **OBSERVATIONS** --------------- Advanced Excel proficiency Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency Fundamentals of construction maintenance Preferred Qualification: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
