




* Serve export customers; * Create and send export commercial proposals; * Receive and process export customer orders; * Prepare necessary documentation for export of goods and/or services, in compliance with applicable legislation; * Follow up on export processes with customs brokers and review documents; * Archive and maintain organization of foreign trade documents; * Register direct import processes for customers—representation; * Follow up with customers/customs brokers regarding direct sales—representation; * Request and record commission reports for direct sales by representation; * Monitor, prepare, and control commissions for direct sales to customers—representation; * Conduct market trend studies and reports; * Assist in identifying and analyzing competitors and customers; * Assist in researching and analyzing commercial performance tools; * Prepare commercial analyses and reports to support decision-making (profitability spreadsheet, action plan, sales performance, etc.); * Manage international schedule, trade fairs, events, and marketing activities; * Propose necessary improvements and updates to foreign trade processes. **Job Status** -------------------- Open Position **Requirements (education, courses, etc.)** ------------------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or currently pursuing the degree; * Fluent English (written and spoken); * Excel proficiency; * Skills in calculations involving international currencies; Desirable: * Experience in the industrial sector; * Experience in export activities (including within customs brokerage firms); * Knowledge of marketing.
