Job Summary: The CRM Analyst will be responsible for planning and implementing communication workflows, managing leads, leading automation initiatives, and optimizing customer engagement strategies. In this role, you will join our Digital Marketing team within the Automation and CRM structure. **Check out the details below and help us deliver transformative educational experiences!** **Responsibilities and Duties** The CRM Analyst will be responsible for the following activities: * Analyze the sales funnel, plan, and implement recurring communication workflows; * Create email marketing campaigns and campaigns across other communication channels; * Manage marketing/sales funnel leads and customer relationships; * Lead automation efforts using relevant tools (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp); * Structure data for lead/customer segmentation; * Build and optimize Lead Scoring strategy; * Monitor sales data and customer lifecycle metrics; * Implement a testing culture, data analysis practices, and a routine of continuous improvement for deployed workflows, aiming for greater accuracy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; * Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station, or similar); * Experience designing communication workflows across multiple channels: email, push notifications, WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS; * Strong analytical skills; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable; * Knowledge of integrations, data pipelines, and SQL is desirable. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * We offer Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, and Transportation Benefit. * We care about your health!
