




Job Summary: A Billing Clerk responsible for issuing invoices, billing orders, verifying tax data, and supporting internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. The company is seeking a Billing Clerk in Novo Hamburgo. **Responsibilities:** Issue electronic invoices (NF\-e), shipping invoices, return invoices, and other tax documents. Bill orders according to commercial and tax regulations. Verify sales orders, CFOP, CST, NCM, taxation information, and other tax-related data. Analyze and validate tax documents to ensure compliance with current tax legislation. Monitor and control the sending of XML files and DANFEs to customers. Support billing reporting and monthly closing processes. Provide support to Commercial, Finance, and Logistics departments as needed. Previous experience as a Billing Analyst, Billing Assistant, Billing Coordinator, or Billing Specialist may indicate familiarity with some of the activities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree required.
