




Job Summary: Store attendant responsible for sales, customer service, product organization, and cleaning, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of environmental quality and hygiene · Daily handling of customer orders for bread and pastries: welcoming orders, providing product information, selecting, weighing, packaging, and pricing—acting courteously and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. · Handling of customer orders for cold cuts, sausages, and canned goods: welcoming orders, providing product information, selecting, weighing, packaging, and pricing—acting courteously and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Operating the cold-cut slicing machine according to specifications and requested quantities: placing the raw item in the compartment, adjusting the blade thickness, activating the equipment, and slicing the product while moving the item against the cutting blade. · Ensuring adequate stock levels and attractive product presentation on “displays”, “gondolas”, and shelves—observing proper packaging storage, expiration dates, and appropriate exposure for customer visibility and easy access. · Collecting products at the end of the shift for refrigerated storage to maintain quality and facilitate removal the following day. Placing products on trays, wrapping them with plastic film, labeling, and arranging them on shelves. · Using appropriate tools and equipment (electric cold-cut slicer, spatulas, tongs, scale, and other resources) to perform tasks while maintaining organization and optimal equipment condition; adhering to specific procedures learned during training for equipment use and work methods, as well as safety equipment protocols to prevent occupational hazards and accidents, plus personal hygiene. Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace and tools—including waste and residue removal, floor and surface sanitation, and cleaning of used utensils, etc. Brief description: Reporting to the Store Manager, serves customers for products within the department (bread, pastries, cold cuts, sausages, canned goods, and similar items).
