Participate in Safety Minutes and prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis) documents; 2\. Detect, report, and analyze anomalies, recording them in the anomaly report; 3\. Clean equipment at the end of each shift; 4\. Create maintenance work orders (WOs) in the SAP system for potential electrical or mechanical interventions; 5\. Accurately complete the production report; 6\. Operate equipment related to the systems; 7\. Perform cement or mortar bagging, operating and controlling the bagging machine’s weighing systems according to specified quantity standards; 8\. Operate equipment in accordance with established standards for quantity, quality, and safety, while monitoring and maintaining adequate stock levels; 9\. Respond to requests from Shift Operator I for verification of issues detected in systems and equipment, providing data to guide panel operations / corrections / process adjustments / maintenance; 10\. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or defects through visual operational inspections, contributing to the preservation of manufacturing processes and minimizing associated losses; 11\. Report any irregularities immediately to the supervisor to ensure optimal process performance; 12\. Assist the maintenance team during corrective or scheduled shutdowns; 13\. Conduct product analysis (mortars and sands) during product setup; 14\. Monitor and control sack consumption for bagging; 15\. Configure the sand mill parameters; 16\.
