**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
**We Expect From You:**
* Knowledge of process mapping, modeling, and standardization;
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement;
* Proficiency in non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and action plans;
* Knowledge of risk management and supplier evaluation;
* Knowledge of accreditation standards and processes, including the National Organization for Accreditation;
* Experience conducting internal and external audits;
* Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and results analysis;
* Knowledge of document control and management;
* Proficiency in quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on data analysis and managerial reporting.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead process mapping, modeling, and standardization, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
* Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date procedures, policies, templates, and organizational workflows;
* Support non-conformance management, performing root cause analysis, tracking action plans, and verifying effectiveness;
* Support organizational risk management and supplier evaluations, contributing to analysis, registration, and monitoring of treatment plans;
* Ensure process alignment with accreditation standards and requirements, including the National Organization for Accreditation;
* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and support implementation of improvement actions;
* Control versioning, updates, and organization of documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS);
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits, identifying deviations, organizing evidence, and improvement opportunities;
* Collaborate with leadership to develop teams and disseminate best practices in processes and quality;
* Monitor mystery shopper evaluations and satisfaction surveys, supporting related interventions and improvements in customer experience;
* Prepare managerial reports and present indicators and results to leadership;
* Support standardization of quality processes interfacing with other company departments;
* Perform other related activities within the Quality area, as required by the organization.
