Description
Process Analyst and Frontend Developer (ERP Focus)
What We Are Looking For (The Differentiator)
We are not just looking for a developer, but someone with a systemic mindset. You will serve as the bridge between our ERP's complex business rules and the internal auxiliary tools we develop, ensuring ease of use for end users. Your goal is to ensure that the software not only functions correctly, but also enables smooth, efficient, and reliable workflows.
New Added Responsibilities
Process Mapping: Understand departmental workflows (e.g., procurement, inventory, finance) to identify bottlenecks solvable via software.
Usability Focus (UX/UI): Redesign ERP screens and workflows to reduce user learning curves and minimize operational errors.
Continuous Improvement: Propose structural ERP enhancements that optimize user response time and data integrity.
Additional Requirements
Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into flowcharts or technical requirements.
UX (User Experience) Concepts: Knowledge of applying usability principles (e.g., reducing the number of clicks required to complete a task).
User Empathy: Ability to observe user difficulties reported through support channels and transform those pain points into interface improvements.
**Knowledge Requirements (Reading-Level Technical Proficiency)**
* **MySQL (Basic/Intermediate):** Ability to write queries (SELECT, JOIN) to understand data relationships and identify inconsistencies.
* **PHP (Basic):** Ability to read and interpret code to understand business rules implemented in ERP screens and functions.
* **Frontend (CSS and JavaScript):** Foundational knowledge to discuss interface improvements and understand browser-based usability limitations.
**ERP Logic:** Familiarity with standard operational workflows (e.g., billing, inventory, finance).
**Behavioral Profile**
* **Investigative:** Someone who prefers to "open the hood" of the system to diagnose an error before escalating it.
* **Didactic:** Ability to explain complex processes simply and clearly to end users.
* **Critical Thinking:** Willingness to question whether a process exists due to genuine necessity or merely due to system limitations.
Example Interview Question (Process-Focused):
"Imagine a user complains that entering an invoice into the ERP takes too long. How would you analyze whether the issue stems from technical performance (system slowness), interface design (excessive unnecessary fields), or workflow inefficiency (redundant steps)?"
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
