Ensuring safe and functional environments The Facilities Analyst is responsible for supporting activities related to the company's infrastructure and general services management. This professional handles facility maintenance, coordinates maintenance services, and supports daily operations, ensuring that environments remain safe, functional, and aligned with organizational needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. * Monitor and support the execution of outsourced services such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, ensuring quality and compliance with established contracts. * Manage and control the inventory of materials and equipment required for facility maintenance, placing purchase requests and tracking usage. * Receive and address internal requests regarding infrastructure issues and requirements, performing triage, routing, and resolution follow-up. * Support the execution and monitoring of facility improvement and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards. * Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety regulations and standards by conducting regular inspections and reporting. * Maintain and update documentation related to facilities activities, including maintenance reports, contracts, and operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Prior experience in facilities support, maintenance, or building administration is desirable but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of maintenance management, building systems, and general services. * Proficiency with management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail.
