Participation in training sessions and maintenance of kitchen cleanliness ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS REHABILITATION BENEFICIARIES.\*\*\*\*\*\* Under supervision of the Cook / Head Chef; Assist in selection, handling, cutting, cleaning, and preparation of vegetables, meats, fish, and cereals for meals; Use uniform and PPE correctly, as well as materials and products, in accordance with standard operating procedures, instructions from the immediate supervisor, and safety regulations; Assist in food preparation according to the pre-established menu, ensuring meal quality, hygiene, taste, aroma, and presentation; Prepare a daily activity checklist; Participate in process improvement training sessions; Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils used in food preparation; Monitor food and supply requisitions required for meal preparation; Perform cleaning of the kitchen interior, machines, utensils, and other equipment using appropriate cleaning agents; Perform related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor, based on competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School.
