





**We are seeking a Physical Trainer** to be part of the next chapters of the **Most Beautiful Story in Football!** This professional will play an essential role in planning microcycles, conducting training sessions, providing individualized monitoring, and engaging in multidisciplinary integration with performance and health departments. They will be responsible for supporting the technical staff, ensuring a structured training routine, and applying methodologies that sustain the team’s physical performance. Join us at \#Gigante! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Plan and conduct microcycles for the category, aligned with sport-specific demands. * Implement training programs for individuals, small groups, and the full team. * Assist the physiologist in administering physical tests and functional assessments. * Monitor and collect data on physical capacities developed during each session. * Guide and supervise athletes before, during, and after training; support recovery protocols. * Actively participate in multidisciplinary planning, discussing workload monitoring information with the technical staff and performance departments. * Use objective markers to identify individual and collective physical development needs. **EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. * Active registration with the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF). * Availability for travel and for working outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools. **SKILLS** * Postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in Sports Training and/or Exercise Physiology. * Ability to plan, organize, and document training loads. * Strong communication skills for integration across multidisciplinary areas. * Attention to detail and use of physical performance indicators. * Proactivity, accountability, and a collaborative attitude within the sports environment. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * EXOS Phase I Certification. * Knowledge of periodization and organization of physical capacities for performance optimization. * Experience in athletic preparation focused on strength and speed. * Courses from CBF Academy or other institutions specializing in football studies. * Basic familiarity with Keiser, Kineo, and Vald Systems equipment. * Ability to analyze training reports and use them to refine and quantify workload.
