





Description: * Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. Postgraduate or specialization in Tax Law will be a differentiator. * Solid experience in fiscal management, preferably in shared service companies or corporate groups. * Proficiency in national accounting standards. * Advanced knowledge in tax planning, ancillary obligations, audit processes and internal controls. * Lead the fiscal department, coordinating teams and processes for assessment, closing and submission of ancillary obligations (ECF, EFD-Contributions, DCTF, DIRF, GIA, among others). * Ensure proper fiscal closing, preparation of quarterly tax packages and calculation of deferred taxes. * Conduct tax planning, analysis of contingencies, review of reconciliations, control of provisions and monitoring of merger, acquisition and corporate reorganization processes. * Supervise internal controls, internal and external audits, analysis of offset accounts, equity and interest on own capital. * Manage the updating and control of recoverable taxes, cross-referencing of tax information and preparation of management reports for the board. * Act as a technical reference for related areas (Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Procurement), promoting integration and standardization of processes. * Monitor tax legislation, propose improvements and ensure alignment with best market practices. * Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing accurate information on risks, opportunities and tax impacts. 2511160202461873699
