**Purchasing Assistant** ------------------------- ### **About the opportunity** We are seeking an organized Purchasing Assistant with strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage the company’s procurement activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supply continuity, cost control, and supplier relationship management—directly contributing to the operational and financial efficiency of the business. **If you enjoy negotiating, analyzing, and structuring processes, this opportunity is for you.** ### **Your impact here** * Support procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services (with focus on LED, audio, lighting, and operations). * Assist in negotiations with suppliers to secure better commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, quality, and delivery). * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and track the entire workflow until completion. * Analyze costs, comparative data, and opportunities for expenditure optimization. * Support and monitor import processes, assisting with document organization, supplier coordination, and fulfillment of necessary requirements. * Contribute to the structuring and improvement of procurement processes. ### **What we’re looking for** * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably involving LED equipment and/or audiovisual solutions. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing purchase orders. * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems. * Desirable: Experience supporting import processes, including documentation handling and requirement coordination. **IMPORTANT:** Availability for on-site work in Vargem Pequena/RJ. ### **Key competencies** * Negotiation and analysis * Organization and control * Sense of priority * Proactivity * Communication Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * University Tuition Discount Agreement * Language Course Discount Agreement * iFood Benefits Agreement (DASA Medical Assistance, Pharmacy, and Starbem Saúde discounts) * Wellhub
