Description

SEEL Engenharia has an open opportunity for professionals to work in the Supply Chain area, focusing on procurement and contracting of services for infrastructure and heavy construction projects. **Key responsibilities:** * Lead procurement and service contracting processes for infrastructure and civil works; * Conduct technical and commercial quotations and evaluations; * Negotiate contracts, timelines, scopes, and commercial terms with suppliers; * Develop and qualify strategic suppliers; * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Construction, and Legal departments; * Ensure compliance and adherence to internal procurement policies; * Monitor performance indicators, cost savings, and contractual compliance; * Support contract and amendment management; * Track market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, or related fields; * Experience in procurement of services for infrastructure projects; * Knowledge of bidding processes and contract management; * Experience in strategic negotiations and engagement with engineering/construction suppliers; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in energy, sanitation, heavy construction, or infrastructure sectors; * Familiarity with COMPOR and/or SAP systems; * Experience with EPC contracts, industrial construction, or transmission lines. **Desired profile:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset; * Excellent negotiation skills; * Sense of urgency and results orientation; * Ability to thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments.
