





**Required Academic Qualifications** * **Completed high school; technical course in administration or accounting; currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, agribusiness, or related fields.** **Required Knowledge** * **Processing of invoices (XML import), understanding of taxes (Tax Substitution, PIS and COFINS, ICMS tax rates)** * Product registration (tax treatment for each product and fiscal classification); * MVA consultation (Cenofisco/Sefaz); * Issuance of parametrized NF-e (electronic invoice) via system; * Generation of DAE and GNRE payment slips; * Entry of purchase invoices for resale via XML import; * Verification of the Fiscal Ledger; * Issuance of Service Invoices; * Assistance in tax calculation; * Filing of fiscal documents; * Supplier registration; * Assistance in submission of SPED FISCAL and SPED PIS/COFINS; **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–11:30 AM and 1:00 PM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
