This role involves issuing technical and administrative reports, as well as direct interaction with internal and external customers, ensuring clear communication and excellence in service delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control the various phases of field service delivery, acting as a process integrator to ensure that all aspects negotiated and/or agreed upon at the time of sale are fulfilled, with particular attention to project metrics such as margins, cash flow, delivery schedules, and quality. * Report project progress to customers and coordinate internal and external project activities through existing project management systems and software. * Receive, verify, and record information related to equipment from field service activities. * Prepare technical and administrative reports regarding equipment serviced in the field. * Maintain direct communication with customers, providing updates on service progress, timelines, and equipment conditions. * Ensure compliance with Flowserve’s quality and safety standards and procedures. * Update internal systems with information on field service activity status. * Assist in organizing technical and logistical documentation related to field services. * Collaborate effectively with Flowserve’s support organizations, including repair centers, customer service, and sales engineering. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of industrial applications and operations of pumps, valves, seals, actuators, and mechanical equipment. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings, cross\-section drawings, and dimensional equipment drawings. * Ability to prepare technical reports. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management. * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and internal departments in a diverse environment. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic knowledge of equipment control and technical documentation. **Preferred Experience / Skills:** * Advanced English and/or intermediate Spanish preferred. * Professional certifications in the related area.
