We value diversity and encourage applications from professionals of all backgrounds. – Ensure daily production through planning and direct supervision of the team, organizing work schedules, resources, and verifying received demands. – Ensure proper handling of containers, providing guidance on correct use of PPE and proper body posture to prevent accidents. – Coordinate teams in platform and yard container exchange areas, ensuring productivity and cost reduction. – Maintain minimum required inventory levels through integration between loading and unloading operations, defining priorities and instructions. – Control the use of production materials by requesting supplies from the warehouse. – Maintain team qualification by identifying training, development, promotion, and replacement needs, as well as conducting performance management and feedback. – Ensure all activities follow Lean principles, promoting engagement and operational discipline. – Monitor supplies and containers, investigate discrepancies, prepare reports, lead problem-solving initiatives, and oversee inventories. **Requirements:** Incomplete or ongoing undergraduate degree; Must have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Preferred qualifications: Prior experience in management roles within metallurgical companies.
