Job Summary Responsible for the correct dosing of raw materials in the composition of fragrances and their intermediates, following the quantities prescribed in the formulations, ensuring compliance with the quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards established by IFF. Manufacturing & Production: Ensuring operational excellence, safety, and quality in all industrial processes, promoting an inclusive and collaborative environment. This position is based in Rio de Janeiro – RJ (on-site), with CLT employment. The professional will work directly in production, following safety, quality, and environmental guidelines. Where You Will Make a Difference * Perform raw material dosing according to production cards, supervising in fixed tanks when necessary. * Ensure product quality by following instructions in the quality manual and procedures. * Guarantee workplace safety and environmental quality as per the safety and environmental manual. * Maintain proper functioning of equipment and facilities. * Care for personal well-being and the safety of coworkers. * Follow internal procedures and report issues to supervisors during shifts (defective equipment, unsafe conditions, formulation problems, etc). * Adhere to schedules with consistency and punctuality. * Enter into the system confirmations of Process Orders (PO) start. * Operate forklift in production, if qualified. * Comply with and enforce Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and GMP regulations.
