The Data Intern will work in the International Logistics department, focusing on monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The intern will assist in collecting, processing, and visualizing information to support operational performance and service to international subsidiaries, contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics and Customer Service processes. What makes you an excellent candidate: * Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields (from the 4th semester onward); * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI or Power Query; * Basic knowledge of SQL, DAX, or Python is a plus; * Intermediate English and basic Spanish skills for reading and interacting with international subsidiaries; * Interest in logistics and Customer Service performance indicators; * Analytical mindset, logical reasoning, and curiosity about data. Analytical ability and attention to detail; Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; Commitment, organization, and accountability; Responsibilities: * Collect, process, and organize logistics performance and customer service data; * Support the creation and maintenance of automated dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, etc.); * Analyze service-level indicators (e.g., OTIF, shipment execution, customer service lead time) and propose improvements; * Support integration and validation of databases across systems (ERP, SharePoint, spreadsheets); * Identify operational trends and deviations, conducting root-cause analyses and providing recommendations; * Contribute to operational efficiency and logistics process digitalization projects; * Participate in performance meetings and support updating and interpreting departmental KPIs.
