Industrial Company **Position:** Supervisor **Employment Type:** CLT – 90 days or Intermittent **Number of Vacancies:** 1 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Supervises teams responsible for assembling naval structures, welding, piping, electrical work, painting, and cargo handling within the repair area. Controls and supervises teams to execute activities according to the project schedule and construction planning; Ensures all production activities comply with established procedures so that deadlines and budget targets are met; Participates in accident prevention and assessment programs, as well as ensures proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Guides employees regarding their responsibilities, work practices, and compliance with company rules and procedures, aiming for safety, productivity, compliance, and quality; Raises awareness and encourages employee involvement and participation in corporate programs, safety and quality events, and other initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and continuous improvement; Consistently monitors and evaluates the performance and discipline of subordinates, correcting deviations or taking disciplinary actions when necessary, promoting and ensuring positive working relationships and a healthy work environment within the area, while encouraging participation in improvement suggestions; Performs other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor **Desired Education and Experience:** Minimum one year of experience as a Foreman / Assistant Foreman in production areas at shipbuilding and/or ship repair companies **Work Mode:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Niterói **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break **Additional Information:** Proactive; Team-oriented; Willingness to learn; Good interpersonal skills; Resident of Niterói, São Gonçalo, Maricá, or neighboring cities.
