Come be yourself and join a TIM team that has the courage to innovate, the freedom to try, and the will to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilidades We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI\+ People, People aged 45 or older, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for analyzing and managing information on access and transmission network indicators, controlling information databases, and generating necessary views to support management and provide inputs to the optimization and design team. **Main Activities** * Extract, analyze, and ensure reliability of network data, as well as manage internal databases; * Analyze Customer Experience indicators sourced from crowdsourcing tools such as Tutela and Facebook Insights; * Create strategic views for decision-making using BI (Business Intelligence); * Analyze and develop new indicator views to generate inputs for improving Customer Experience; * Ensure controlled utilization of Access and Backhaul Network elements to support projected traffic growth; * Consolidate regional Access and Backhaul Network expansion plans, prioritizing the most critical actions to guarantee CEX; * Monitor implementation activity outcomes; * Support Regional Commercial and Institutional areas, as well as Operations and Network Implementation areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferably in TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING / ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, TELECOMMUNICATIONS OR RELATED FIELDS, DATA ENGINEERING OR DATA PROCESSING; * Experience in cellular network engineering (RF / access network / backhaul); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); * Knowledge of Power BI; * Desired: familiarity with automation processes and basic concepts of AI / machine learning. **Work Regime** * Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Work location: São Cristóvão, Rio de Janeiro\-RJ. **Additional Information** *We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI\+ People, People aged 45 or older, and Women!* At TIM, your well\-being is our well\-being — therefore, the ***Conexão Bem \+ Estar*** program aims to **strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families**, through practical initiatives across multiple fronts so everyone remains well, both personally and professionally.
