




Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering. * Active CREA registration. * Solid experience in equipment-related maintenance and operational planning for heavy equipment within large-scale industrial projects, preferably in the refinery, oil, and gas sector. * Advanced knowledge of maintenance processes (preventive, predictive, corrective). * Integrated understanding of the full project lifecycle. * Ensure development and integration with all related company departments—both system and conceptual aspects—within the Equipment business area, contributing to optimization and achievement of results, cost reduction, and maximization of project and departmental outcomes. * Support and manage asset divestment through monitoring equipment service life. * Perform analysis and consolidation of equipment KPIs on projects, validate expected results, and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Conduct technical mapping to identify potential new suppliers, seeking innovative technologies and solutions for the company. * Develop and implement new technologies. * Perform technical analysis of major equipment failures occurring during project operations, and define actions for possible corrections. * Analyze Action Plans from Project Machine Downtime Reports and provide technical support to projects, delivering necessary assistance in each situation. * Perform technical analysis of major equipment failures occurring during project operations, and define actions for possible corrections. * Analyze Action Plans from Project Machine Downtime Reports and provide technical support to projects, delivering necessary assistance in each situation. * Ensure daily updating and tracking of the mobilization Pull Planning to meet established deadlines and performance targets. * Manage processes for reviewing equipment demobilized from projects and transferred to PERJ (Rio de Janeiro Equipment Yard) or third-party workshops, ensuring future remobilization. * Support and monitor technical training of equipment-area professionals. * Centralize management of corporate contracts. 2512020202181722999
