We thrive on challenges, are guided by innovation, and committed daily to **delivering high-impact solutions**. **About the opportunity:** You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of solutions for a credit cooperative, performing manual testing, identifying and reporting bugs, and verifying that all products meet established standards and requirements. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Structuring and leading the team’s quality strategy—from requirement definition through final product delivery. * Modeling, designing, and executing test cases and test scripts. * Applying strategic thinking to software testing to ensure delivery robustness and efficiency. * Managing and preparing test data sets. * Planning, executing, supporting, and evolving QA processes, tools, and methodologies—considering business requirements and information security. **What you need:** * Experience with Open Finance. * Hands-on experience with Front End and Back End software testing. * Practical experience with Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of BDD scenario writing (Gherkin). * Experience with SQL / PL\-SQL databases (CRUD operations). * Experience with non-functional testing (load, performance, etc.). * API testing execution (Postman, Insomnia). * Ability to read and interpret technical documentation. * Familiarity with BrowserStack. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps. * Creation of multi-level test strategies (unit, integration, system, acceptance, regression) using manual testing. * Implementation of process, technique, and tool improvements to elevate quality. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of test automation; * CTFL certification (Certified Tester Foundation Level).
